Feed the Need to Read

A HUGE thank you to everyone who made Feed the Need to Read, our virtual event to support local restaurants and raise funds for future programming, a success!

Thanks to community support, local restaurants received $12,445 in gift card purchases. In partnership with Freedom Fire Urban Ministries, we’re able to feed 47 families living in and around federal housing. And, Lead to Read KC received funding from the virtual campaign to support future programming.
